At WAW Car Rental, we aim to provide a transparent rental experience. Please read our insurance policy carefully before booking.

1. Insurance Coverage

• Rentals do NOT include full insurance coverage by default.

• Vehicles are provided with limited liability coverage only, as required by local regulations.

• This coverage does not eliminate the renter’s responsibility for damages, loss, or misuse.

2. Renter Responsibility

The renter is fully responsible for any of the following during the rental period:

• Vehicle damage (partial or total)

• Theft or loss of the vehicle

• Damage to tires, rims, mirrors, windshield, undercarriage, or interior

• Lost or damaged keys

• Towing or recovery costs due to misuse or negligence

• Traffic violations, tolls, or fines

Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit and additional charges may apply if costs exceed the deposit amount.

3. Accidents & Incidents

In case of an accident, breakdown, or incident, the renter must:

• Notify WAW Car Rental immediately

• Contact local authorities if required

• Not leave the vehicle unattended without authorization

• Provide all requested documentation (police report, photos, details)

Failure to report an incident may result in full financial responsibility.

4. Unauthorized Use

Insurance coverage becomes void if the vehicle is:

• Driven by an unauthorized driver

• Used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities

• Used under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Used outside approved areas without permission

5. Optional Coverage

Additional protection options may be offered upon request, subject to availability.

These options must be agreed upon before vehicle delivery.

6. Personal Belongings

WAW Car Rental is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

7. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

The deposit will be returned after vehicle inspection, provided:

• No damage occurred

• No violations or extra charges apply

• Vehicle is returned on time and with the same fuel level

8. Agreement

By renting a vehicle from WAW Car Rental, the renter confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Insurance Policy.
