What do I need to rent a car?
To rent a vehicle, you’ll need a valid passport or ID, a valid driver’s license, and a security deposit. Payment is required at pickup.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. All vehicles require a minimum rental of 3 days. Monthly and long-term rentals are also available at discounted rates.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes. We provide pickup and drop-off at STI – Cibao International Airport, as well as delivery to hotels, Airbnb, and residential locations in Santiago.
How do I secure a reservation?
A reservation fee is required to hold the vehicle for your dates. This amount is deducted from the total at pickup and is non-refundable in case of no-show.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, CashApp, debit/credit cards, direct deposit and cash. Full payment is due at delivery.
